This is not a book by just an author, it is a book written by a friend. Not just any friend but a friend who has been where you are and one show shares the struggle. Kelly Balarie is a beautiful woman of God who loves the Lord and loves His people and wants to see them free.
Fear has been a serious struggle and stronghold in my life. As I read this book, I heard a friend speaking truth with the love of our Heavenly Father. These words shined God’s light into my deep places of darkness. These words brought hope and freedom as I read and I know they will bring that for you too.
Kelly is very real, transparent, and honest. She brings us through the different areas fear is brewed such as, control, people pleasing, rejection, comparison, waiting, our enemy the devil, and yes she even talks about our past. Some chapters were harder to read than others but it is necessary we talk about the real,raw, and hard stuff. That is one thing I love about Kelly is her courage to talk about those things.
This is a must read and a book that we can’t just leave on our bookshelves but we need to share and to do bible studies with. That is what I will be doing next. I challenge you to buy your own copy today!!
